Point option on Pgm toolkit paper gives <block> on the xml #85

How to reproduce

Step :one: Open Pgm toolkit (paper) Step :two: Choose point option ,left click and then name the region Step :three: Upload the xml Step :four: Check Xml, block is used instead of point

This isnt really an Altitude bug more a PGMToolkit bug but ok
