Comments on how o add more monitor values in uploader.cpp

Will merge once can confirm working on linux - currently reinstalling my os.

Also, move all the restclient cpp stuff into utils, integrated into our project and not as a separate directory apart from our system code

Change #imports to #include

rest-client cpp directory should not exist, put those individual files inside of utils directory

There is no restclient version.h file which creates import error. As such, I am unable to run the code
