Adopt RTE_ETHER_ADDR_PRT_FMT and RTE_ETHER_ADDR_BYTES #677

Adopt macros RTE_ETHER_ADDR_PRT_FMT and RTE_ETHER_ADDR_BYTES once DPDK is updated. These macros are currently duplicated in file cps/kni.c.
