What IOS did you use?
cIOS 249 r20 based on IOS 38

What is the first 4 digits of your Wii's Serial Number?
LEH 222863---

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Install the PAL version of the Weather Channel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
W.Channel stub "primary title" installs correctly.
Failure occurs while installing the "second part".

What did you use to load DOP-Mii?

(And btw, yes, it's v13. Please ignore that I forgot to change the title at the 
top ;-P)

HBC 1.0.8 running on IOS 58 or 34
