Suggestion: startIndex option #137

There is no built-in way to specify that a thumbnail other than the first be 
the default selection.

In my own copy, I've made simple adjustments to make this happen. I won't 
bother saying what I changed since it should be obvious how to accomplish the 
same if you like the idea.

Nice script!

Attaching edited version of the script. Sorry for the late reply; I don't use 
this account any longer. Use the startIndex parameter when initializing the 
script.
