jquery in caption doesn't fire #184

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Insert a link in the caption part
2.Attach a jquery click() event to it
3.Display gallery and click the link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the jquery click event to be executed. But it doesn't. Nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gallerific 2.01 on jquery 1.5. PHP5 on *nix

Please provide any additional information below.
Trying to use gallerific to edit a visual database.
