Use Vite (and Yarn) and File structure

• can you convert this project to use Vite (and Yarn) same as Juan's https://github.com/juan-serrano-soria/workout-app/blob/main/package.json as it is easy for us to maintain (and also consistent with other capacitor sample app).

• file structure, please also see Juan's project

  • add more files to ignore in .gitignores
  • add .monacaignores
  • ...

• Update README

  • maybe something like this https://github.com/monaca-samples/capacitor-samples-background-runner or this https://github.com/monaca-samples/image-to-sns
  • you can also add the link to medium later

i recommend, creating new project with monaca-cli

monaca create projectABC and choose "capacitor-basic" as template ... then apply your codes
