Auto Scroll problem #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add some nodes by code and put some of them outside of visible area
2. No scroll bar shown
3. Select one element and drag it a few pixels, you will see the scroll bars

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use the new version downloaded on 9/18/2010

I tried to call refresh after putting elements even after activating the form 
but results did not change. 

Setting AutoSize and AutoScroll for either Designer control or its container 
has no effect on this problem.

Can you please update whether the patch for the scroll bar is release if not 
can you please share what shall be done
