The command 'edit' allows the users to make all the changes they like to an instrument. As a user if I want to think of setting my instrument as "not done" I think of it as an update/edit not necessarily on undo. That fulfils the 'intuitiveness' part of the feature.
Admittedly the undo feature has merits in the scenario where the user set an instrument as "done" by mistake and immediately wants to undo the change. It was not considered in v2.1 given the edit functionality exist.

While it is possible to undo an instrument through the 'edit' function, it would be more intuitive to 'undo' an instrument that is marked 'done'.
