The ug clearly states extraneous parameters for all commands are ignored. The behaviour of the feature works as expected.
Additionally ug states "Mark a particular record..." which means singular.
Admittedly this is a good feature to have but it was out of scope for v2.1 as it provides a minor improvement.
Likewise, the severity has been downgraded to Low because it does not "affect normal operations of the product", and also because in reality, it is highly unlikely that a trader will execute multiple trades at the same time so making done for multiple instruments is realistically unnecessary.

When entering the 'done' command to mark instruments as 'done', it is impossible to mark multiple at once. Additionally, anything after the index input is ignored.
