is because the zip file you have to decompress the only file there to work,nothing else

Needs more info. What exactly happens, what is the error output on the System window etc...

I have the same issue, but I can't understand what he does in that imgur clip

all you have to do is open the rar file,then the first file and then export it to the pc the folder talking about is the one that is before the py files

So i have to:

Open ArmaToolbox.zip
Extract ArmaToolbox folder
It should work???

You are using the wrong Blender version, this requires 2.80 or later
