Allow for deleting all vertex groups from a vertex that has zero weight #5

The CopyData modifier in Blender 2.80 copies all vertex groups to each vertex, even those that have a weight of 0. It would be a good idea to be able to prune these, are modify the export to not export any weights that are 0.

Actually possible: Go into Weight Paint, and select "Weights -> Clean"
