Does anyone know why LOD 0 is the only LOD that appears on the outliner window in blender, although P3D has other LODs?

Probably error during loading. Check the system console. Also:

Blender Version?
Toolbox verison?

If you have 4.1 you need to update

Comeback Blender v3.3 - Stable - LTS and download ArmaTool 3.0.2

That isn't a solution. As I said, Blender Version, toolbox version, check if there is a newer version of the toolbox and install that. There have been incompatible changes in Blender 4.1 so you MUST HAVE the latest version.
