Handle data in flat files (e.g., About, Readme, etc) in a separate controller, with a separate view script. Currently HTML text is handled as a type of activity; if it is the only activity in the activity file then the HTML content is the only thing that appears beneath the menu bar (no header), but this is kludgy.
