Block record entry for certain Smart tables #23

Block entry for registration (eg., list of students registered for a particular course/module).

The original comment described two different issues, which I am separating out into two different issues. The one that will remain tied to this issue number is Block record entry, such as adding a number of students to a course module (new enrollment records). The other, which will become a new issue, is block editing, such as changing the grade field for a number of records at once.
