Additional Standard Smart Tables

• Addresses, phone numbers (need to support multiple first-class phone numbers)
• Schools & depts: added, Dec. 2012
• Credentials (staff & students (prev. school, e.g., undergrad))
• Business (or other registration) holds?
• Graduation tables? What table(s) do latin honors and other honors/awards go into?
• Transcript comments?
• Staff: add marital status, next of kin, children ?
• Staff: Qualification as a text field with multiple items in it (corresponds to current practice) or have a list of qualifications & a list of appointments for each staff member ?

All of these are in progress for Njala University except Graduation Tables, which will be deferred. This issue will be closed when the "Create tables for Njala" issue is closed; exporting the additional tables to the Smart Dev/Demo databases is part of a different issue under Smart 1.0
