Ramp assumes virtual hosts #70

There is a basic assumption that Ramp is operating in a virtual host (and, in fact, that each Ramp environment is in its own virtual host). This leads to a number of broken links if it is not, including standard html references to files in the top directory (e.g., /README.md, LICENSE.md) and references to images in the Ramp User Manual (e.g., /images/RampUserManual/Login.png in docs/RampUserManual.md).

This really is a Zend assumption or constraint more than a Ramp constraint.
