Adjust content if `Clickable` is turned off

Currently even if Clickable option is turned off, the text is not centered and stays the same. Here's an example ->

Hiding and showing titlebar requires remap window, so I cannot do it. I've tried to make titlebar as small as possible, I am not sure why your titlebar is still large, what's your GTK theme settings?

i dont haven any files under '~/.config/gtk-4.0`. So i think my system is using this ->
