Mokka breakdown

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Mokka.exe
2. System send a warning message
3. Mokka closed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
System send a warning message "Motion kinematics & kinetics analyzer has 
stopped working"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mokka-0.6.2 for windows 7 x64 edition

Please provide any additional information below.
Please kind of find attached error output files. thanks.

The problem could be related to the backend used for the video. Can you rename 
the folder "phonon_backend" to something else and try to launch Mokka?

Thanks for your reply.

I have been follow your tips rename the folder "phonon_backend" to 
"phonon_backend_AA"  and restart the Mokka, but still failed.
