Add support for Comments section #75

Please add support for the *** Comments *** section, as documented here: http://robotframework.org/robotframework/latest/RobotFrameworkUserGuide.html#test-data-sections

I also really need it for some specific cases which require storing some references & long information.

Please help to support it in the plugin, along with the folding function
