More ways of specifying annotator context #27

The various context-based WSDAnnotators allow the user to specify a particular 
UIMA annotation type as the context.  There should be support for other ways of 
specifying the context (e.g., a window of n annotations of a certain type 
before and after the subject of disambiguation).
