Unable to launch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on the aseisql.exe
2. it opens a screen but as not responding.
3. It remains like that freezed. You cant do anything on that.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see the screen but i am  not able to work anything on that as that is not 
respondng.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows xp aseisql-2007-11-19.zip

Please provide any additional information below.

This error occurs when you are trying to install? Or when you are trying to run 
(use) the program aseisql? 

- Try to use the latest version: aseisql_trunk_205.zip. Uninstall the old 
version before. Run CCleaner or similar programs to clear invalid registry 
entries. 
- XP sp1, sp2 or sp3? or nothing? 
- Try to disable the antivirus program before.

The problem happens with aseisql_trunk_205.zip, and it is related with sql.ini. 

An empty sql.ini file makes aseisql open normally, but if I add a new alias, 
aseisql opens with a nonresponsive screen. 

I tested in a Windows Essentials VM and in a Windows Server 2003 Standard 
Edition VM. The problem is identical on both machines.
