As a developer, in order collect information from the user, location cards need to be created
Acceptance Criteria
When the page loads, we should see a title
Then 6 Location Cards. There should be 3 "cards" per row.
And each card has it's own input box and submit button.
And The user should be able to type in the text box for a specific location, click the submit button on that card, and their entry should appear in a "diary" below the cards.
