Okay, so it's not really a bug, but I think it's worth mentioning. If you're using a mod that alters FleaMarket (I use realism mod for example) then everything glows in NonFleaItems colour. I think that option to just disable marking NonFleaItems would solve the issue but I don't really know much about this code.
