User can create new game

Set up a new game with up to three habits that you want to track:

• [ ] new game btn on user dashboard
• [ ] new game page (habit name and weekly frequency, 1-7) for up to 3 habits only
• [ ] optional: invite user via email or do it later
• [ ] the game will be accessible via current games index
• [ ] page for active games is required
• [ ] games data base table (p1, p2, p1 habits, p2 habits)
