It's a bit of a pain to "scan forward" in a log to figure out if it's a manual detonation, a big/small one or what, when re-simming a log. Ideally, the user would simply specify when the star is placed, and when it pops, and we'd auto-compute what size of star it is.
We need a soln that works nicely for rotation building (you only specify button presses, basically), and also logs simming (every cast/damage instance is logged. So follow ups like star exploding).
