Global Settings Key Assignments Not Working #111

Seems like the key assignments configured through global settings aren't being written to the mednafen.cfg. For exmaple, I changed the global "Save/Load" and "Enable network play console input" keys and the change didn't work in game. I verified that the keys did not change in mednafen.cfg so I had to manually make the change. Upon reopening Mednaffe, the changes are not reflected in the GUI.

Nevermind, I just noticed that I have to launch a game through Mednaffe before the settings are written to the config.
