Is there no fix for this???
I second this, is there a way to do it by tweaking a config file somewhere? All of the cover art I have is very high resolution, but the actual size on screen is tiny.
If it's not possible, then I would make it a feature request. This would be a huge quality of life improvement for users who take the "library of games" approach.
I still haven't figured a way out. I did try to look in the config and settings files so I could manually force it larger. Wasted space on screen for us using HQ cover art.
I can't promise anything but some screenshot showing the issue would help me.

Thanks.
I think that I fixed this issue with commit 8021b8e.
If you want test it I have uploaded an updated executable here: ~https://upload.disroot.org/r/jMzMRf2Y#7iTwFVJqlqXXLbGuv7LztoGxu1/W/kbuXZFRooh8+qA=~

This indeed fixed the issue. A setting to adjust the scale would be cool too, like 3 zoom levels. The ".exe" is throwing a false positive in Norton's Anti-Virus. I know it's clean, but others may freak out about it.
I don't mind testing it more if you make further adjustments. Thanks for your efforts.
Yes, it seems that a few antivirus detected it as a threat: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/2f97d2be739598eb6976ef72e18f3ab7f0aab766a03fdc73526882eabd269009
But it happens also with official release: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/7671672dcc88bac3fff70c03942c9c9c1720fbdffac9090582b9940fb180c42c
I will delete it anyway.
Thanks for testing!
Is there a way to make the cover art appear larger? I've made adjustments to the vertical "drag" bar in the middle as well as maximizing Mednaffe. Here is an example from my google drive for reference. Thank you for this GUI addition to Mednafen.
