Next line strip character when this line replace by a space (and later by a dash).

If you transform all classic single quote ( ' ) from classic keyboard to a right single quote ( ’ ) as @mageekguy do in atoum's documentation, the link is changed from "Script-d-installation" to "Script-dinstallation" (dash between "d" and "installation")

• Link in TOC is correct (because it's auto generated by Skriv Toc) and goes to http://docs.atoum.org/fr/chapter1.html#Script-dinstallation
• Link in this menu http://docs.atoum.org/fr/chapter1.html#Telechargement-et-installation is now wrong because link for "Script d’installation" has changed

It seems to me logical that any quote has same transformation.
