Manually creating teams after data from interviews is time-consuming.
As an ámaxa member, I want the onboarding process to be smooth, transparent, easy, and elegant.

Ideal Onboarding Journey:
User submits application and/or scholarship application within the platform.
They can view the status of applications in a dashboard before cohort starts.
Application Submitted - “32 days until interview period” for example
What can they do in the meantime?
Once interview period opens, they use an ÁMAXA TIMING TOOL to select the times that work for them. This AUTOMATICALLY puts a meeting on (?- who, where, how) AND includes video conference link.
Member attends interview with ámaxa team member.
Team member puts in the important info from member interview.
Using this info, teams are automatically created.
Emails are sent to team members and coaches.
Students can pay program fee directly in app.
Members receives email from their coach.
Team uses AMAXA TIMNG TOOL to find weekly meeting that works for everyone and includes correct Zoom/Google meet link.
Team attends first meeting using correct Zoom/Google Meet link. Recording are available to us and AI summarizes.

Need to weigh pros/cons of solution and Airtable, which currently satisfies problems, with exception of payment
First priority here: integrating payment. Other aspects could be prioritized lower or deemed backlog until Airtable proves more difficult
