Cleanup gossip stone hints in spoiler log. #175

This pull request adds the location of each gossip stone in front of the hint that was assigned to it and strips out the characters that are used for formatting them in-game from the spoiler log.

This makes the gossip stone hints section of the spoiler log a lot more readable/useful.

Credit to @AlexHurd's pull request on the tournament fork for the mapping of gossip stone ID to location.
