Skip Tower Collapse Escape Sequence bug #192

If you have checked the "Skip Tower Collapse Escape Sequence" option and then die in the last phase of Ganon fight, you will respawn to the top of the tower and have to do the Tower Collapse Escape Sequence.

This is a known issue although it has only been reported on TestRunner's fork so far: https://github.com/TestRunnerSRL/OoT-Randomizer/issues/94

While it's definitely a bug, it is at least a humorous way to get punished for dying to Ganon. 😆
