possibly unbeatable?

no spoiler log because I was foolishly overconfident going into this, and no seed number because I thought that got automatically generated file name: OoT_AC3AK9SJCPFEA3A2UC_0TSJTTI2TI-comp

stones/medallions obtained: kokiri emerald, light, fire, water and shadow medallions dungeons/temples completed: deku tree, dodongo's cavern, jabu jabu, and water temple (forest temple is almost complete but I need the boss key) things I'm missing: kokiri sword, golden gauntlets, giant's wallet, megaton hammer, ice and light arrows, farore's wind, epona's song, bolero of fire, requiem of spirit, prelude of light

here's the situation:

• I need the forest temple boss key to complete the forest temple
• I need the megaton hammer or a small key to progress past the first room of the fire temple (first chest didn't give me a key so I can't proceed) ((I do have the boss key for the fire temple, but still no hammer to beat volvagia))
• under the well is completed however there is one GS and chest (in the room with the likelike) that I need a small key to get to and there are no other chests or GS available
• similar situation for the shadow temple (MQ), I need a small key to proceed and there are no other available chests or GS
• I need the requiem of spirit for the child section of the spirit temple (MQ) (as well as for the PoH you need magic beans for), and I need a small key to progress further in the adult section of the spirit temple
• I began the mask of truth quest but the running man won't appear (I guess because I don't have the three stones, but the ruby and sapphire are in the fire and shadow temple)
• I can't even get the ocarina of time/song of time because I can't get the other spiritual stones

I've exhausted every single GS and PoH I could get to (including some I shouldn't be able to get like the two that you need the megaton hammer to break the rock for)

under the well is my biggest concern because I hadn't gotten a required item yet and there were two items behind a locked door, so if one of those is the last key then I can't get that item.

also does the kokiri sword count as a required item? because I tore up the entire forest up and down with no luck finding it.

0TSJTTI2TI is your seed number. No spoiler log, particularly on release, means there isn't much to help with. However, 99.9% of "unbeatable" seeds are just something being overlooked though. There really is no good reason to not generate a spoiler log.

Kokiri Sword is only required in closed forest, which if your image is accurate is true. Most often overlooked place for it is the grotto at the entrance of sacred forest meadow where the Wolfos spawns that drops the gate to Saria. Place a bomb in the center and it should reveal a hole. The next most likely is the left business scrub in the grotto just outside of SFM. And one last one is the grotto just outside of the Goron City warp.

Anyway, without a spoiler log, the next best thing is to use a checklist and make sure you really did check everything you can. Keep in mind items like the Hover Boots have a lot more uses since you can get them far, far earlier than in vanilla. You can also try the #questions-gameplay channel on the Discord where there are a lot of users used to trying to help out in these kinds of situations.
