Shops and Overworld items differ for Co-op Partner #257

So my friend and I were playing and for some reason the shop items and overworld items are different for my friend and I.

He bought sticks where I had the power bracelet and I was given a "Sold out" sign which int-ed me. Also, I picked up Ruto's letter where he picked up heart piece.
