Purpose: migrate message wall messages for compatibility

Goal: create a shell or python script

Takes retrieved messages from Grabber's grabText.php and convert it into a format compatible with User Boards database table. All messages will be stored in the namespace 1200.
After messages are migrated, the old lingering messages will be removed.

This is no longer viable as Fandom has switch over to their third party "Discussions" client so no work to be done.

it may be possible for the old pre-UCP messages, but it would take a lot of unnecessary work

@colleirose well I do have offline backups of 2 wikis but are outdated that contain older messagewall threads but with how the switch to discussions happened...might just erase those at this point. There's little incentive to convert those over when the latest are not compatible.
