Certain outfits in multiple mod sales.txts #58

Working on the Ship Armory, I found that it was located in the sales section of SU, SU Extras, ARE, AND Tufton. I'm not sure if anything else is in multiple sales sections, but we need to make sure that stuff isn't duplicated everywhere like that.

Looks like I cleaned it all out.
