Remove Toaster Bots from Dominion ships #80

They're old H2H outfits that shouldn't be there, and appear as a ghost outfit when boarding. As a replacement, give Dominion ships inherent bot capacities and fit them with androids for H2H.

6b52e4e Dominion ships now use Archangels to defend themselves and their ships have built in armories and bot controllers.
