7 years ago I think the outfits were good as is (despite the high worth of generators), their fleets were just very small. Increased the fleet sizes bit quite a bit,

They're too easy to beat with how expensive some of their stuff is, as well as the fact that I now have the Heliarchs to compare the Mil'taj with.
