Goals for next update (V1.1)

• [x] Complete map overhaul. Tighten up the Mil'taj systems and move them closer to Coalition space, the Quarg owned systems being a barrier between the Mil'taj and other races. Also remove any new links to human space, so a few systems will need to be scrapped.
• [x] Figure out where to place the Dominion and Sevorum for now.
• [x] Balance the Mil'taj with the depreciation changes and to be closer to the Heliarchs in power
• [x] Fix any bugs and remove self destruct from any ships
• [x] Remove old, lore breaking, annoying missions (e.g. Battlestars, spaceport missions, hobo w/ drugs)
• [x] Contact missions for some aliens (Pug researchers, Hai Absconded, Servorum, Quarg near Mil'taj space to act as the Mil'taj first contact).

New system locations Servorum up above the Deep. Mil'taj east of the Coalition and south of the Quarg triangle. Dominion east of the Mil'taj.

Also to note; I caught some fleet frequency errors after messing with the map. Some systems were only spawning Dominion ships when they should have also spawned say pirate and merchant ships.

Just need to do a Quarg/Mil'taj first contact mission.
