The new campaign creation process needs to be deactivated so that users cannot launch new campaigns on the platform. They should however still have the option to withdraw their funds.
The login screen should be changed a bit - remove everything on the left side and add the following:

Also, from the right side, please remove "Signup" and "Create account"
Make the announcement on top red or yellow and change the text to "All users should withdraw their funds from AdEx before the 31st of July 2023. Learn more here.
