touchBar.terminal toggles "primary" panel regardless of terminal location #10

In v1.64 (January 2022), a new panel was added to VSCode (source).

The touchBar.terminal button toggles the visibility of the "primary" panel, regardless of which panel the termianl is placed in.

Here I am touching the "Term" button on the touchbar, yet the bottom panel is being toggled while the terminal sits in the side panel: screen recording
