Replace Amatsuki for Amaririsu #22

Amatsuki is now two-years-old without any updates. It has been proven to be reliable but not the best in performance in memory. In contrast, the new crawler I am making for ScribbleHub has better maintainability, performance, and memory usage with more customizability from caching to requesting.

Once Amaririsu has implemented search functionality, Amelia should be expected to move forward with the change. More information about Amaririsu can be found here; https://github.com/ShindouMihou/Amaririsu

Amelia-chan should now be using Amaririsu at this moment, this can be marked as completed. The bot will be monitored in the meantime to check if the recent change has caused any major issues.
