Add venne station #135

You should remove the link between j:mta:wm and westminster, because venne is now in the middle. Also, have the signs in the westminster station been modified for this addition?

Can confirm that in Westminster the sign was modified to add 'venne' on line 3

Wait, now i'm confused -- how is Venne station being set up, as a destination station connecting to a junction or is it actively a roundabout with an exit? You can't just delete the connection to 'j:mta-wm' if venne isn't linking up to mta/mts junction. This would drastically change the router if venne is only a destination preventing wm-mts

It's a roundabout inbetween j:mta:wm and westminster.
