script outputs ccmap format to stdout

currently BadLinks are not included

[x] write presentation template; suggestions welcome (colors, sizes, shapes/icons, etc.)
[ ] handle BadLinks; e.g. special line color

This is really helpful. I expected to do this myself, and was procrastinating it.

Although it's named that way, BadLinks aren't really a punishment or something bad. It just means that it doesn't use the CanonicalDestination for a station for some reason. Often it's because it's a noncompliant switch, but some compliant switches use BadLinks.
