icenia.toml "sig" connection not complete #26

icenia.toml claims to have a route to "sig" and the station has a sign for "sig" but that line only took you to the gensokyo:taozi terminal destination. With the addition of the j:icegen junction between icenia and gensokyo:taozi, I propose to remove "sig" from the icenia.toml and the icenia station. Once the "gensokyo:taozi" station is changed from a terminal destination to a compliant station, the "sig" rail can be added to the KANI network there.

In other words, icenia was never directly connected to sig.
