[Feature Request] Pointwise mutual information #6

It would be great to include other retrieval approaches such as Pointwise Mutual Information.

If you can provide working Python implementations and test cases for other retrieval approaches, I can take care of converting and optimizing them for numba and make it usable through retriv.
