I think it would be very cool to allow users to create their own list of networks and have them save for further examination. They would be given a shortlink that links them to something like the compare page but that holds a static list of their networks.

This is basically the same thing as the compare page, now that I think about it, and so I don't think it's necessary. Perhaps it could be added in the form of compare pre-load shortlinks or something about that, but for now it's not necessary.
