Today I was doing a little bit of everything. I was reading the article, I was working on the presentation, That seems to be about it. I have been wondering though if SVM would even be able to totally classify our different networks, as I recall hearing that certain algorithms are better for classifying certain types of graphs. I wonder if a certain chain of classification methods would perform better, or if just SVM is worth the time.

I have written down our list of attributes as well as the list of attributes from the paper. It appears that we are missing a lot of different attributes. I also was looking at the graphlet statistics today. I will not lie, I am not entirely sure what I am looking at. Also, I do not know what the attributes in that data set mean, as I cannot find them on the network repository website. I do understand the nodes and edges, those are simple enough, but I do not know what the rest are.
