Inaccurate recent change figures for the 1-hour timeframe #3

This has been an issue for some time now, and I'm not 100% sure of its cause. My first instinct is that it's coming from rate inaccuracies caused by the delay in updating historical market rates from Poloniex. More extensive debugging efforts would be required to pin down the root cause.
