Implement remaining API methods
- Create Mongo query functions, formatters, and API routes for them
Add Dockerfile
- Run with:
  - docker build -t ameo/robinhood-backend:latest .
  - docker run -it -p 4000:4000 -e MONGO_HOST=mail2.ameo.link -e SECRET_KEY_BASE=f5h7AXoB5zQVUXo7a2KNHaGdzLviB7mfCcgvNKe9YMX3Erq2fFJfcZWCw ameo/robinhood-backend:latest

cleaned up the controller in #3 this is good to go once that is merged in
